Whenever I can, I love to reach this tiny village, made up of very few houses, apparently deserted, in fact popular with artists and lovers of reading, to go to lunch in a small, but well-stocked library! On the back of this little paradise of paper there is a terrace that overlooks a breathtaking view where you achieve harmony with the soul and the world is inevitable! It 's an ode to the simplicity and beauty of nature!!

's amazing how a small citrus grove only three trees is able to give you so many fruits with which to decorate the house but also to try new recipes like the TIRAMISU' lemon to taste at the end of a delicious dinner in the company of dear friends so much!!

Recipe:

for the syrup:

-200 gr. water;

-200 gr. sugar;

-juice of 3 lemons.

Dissolve sugar in water over low heat when the syrup has cooled add the lemon juice. (This syrup used to moisten the ladyfingers).

For the cream:

-4 yolks;

-3 egg whites;

-150 gr. sugar;

-500 gr. mascarpone;

- grated rind of 3 lemons.
