pastries ... mania!

I admit my great passion is the cakes!
I like them all ... and eat!
If I had to choose between a cake filled with cream and a simple butter cake ... No doubt about it: a pastry "Pucci" in latte! Today I
proprongo these shortbread pastries:
INGREDIENTS:
250 gr 150 gr trough

powdered sugar 3 / 4 egg yolks (depending on the size of eggs) 350 g
flour
vials of aromas (vanilla and lemon or vanilla and rum)
Mount the valley with the powdered sugar for a while, add the egg yolks while continuing to mount (I do with whips arm)
add vials, turn off the beaters and add the flour, mixing to mano.far the mixture to stand 10 minutes.
put the mixture into the pastry bag and give the desired shape and decorate with nuts, almonds, chocolate ...
bake in hot oven is important otherwise the pastry .. melts. a very hot oven to 200 degrees and bake 10 minutes.
then can be coupled with a thin layer of jam and dip in dark chocolate flavored with orange .. a snazzy!
