Meatloaf stuffed with mushrooms

Good afternoon and good week!

I am on a diet .. but daughter and her husband claim their fair share of good food and tasty and here the other night, I offered them a meatloaf stuffed with mushrooms served with mashed potatoes .. happy as a clam!

MEAT LOAF STUFFED MUSHROOMS

2 pound of ground veal 1 egg

2 slices of bread soaked in milk

grain salt
grated nutmeg 1 pinch
7 / 8 mushrooms


Mix all ingredients well and Roll out the dough on parchment paper, where lay the mushrooms, which have been washed, dried, cut into strips and cooked in olive oil, garlic, white wine and dry and cool facts.
Over the mushrooms add a good handful of grated parmesan cheese and rolled up as a kind of meatloaf, always in parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °
Let cool and then cut into pieces and placed in the dish with a side of mashed potatoes ... and dinner is served!
